Gaza deaths and West Bank raids

Six Palestinians were killed, including a girl, in new attacks by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip, while seven Palestinians were injured in a settler assault in parallel with Israeli forces arresting 22 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

The Al-Jazeera Net report says sources in Gaza's hospitals attributed the six deaths to gunfire from the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Gaza and the al-Bureij refugee camp since predawn on Sunday.

It adds that an Israeli drone strike targeted the al-Sabra neighborhood in the southern part of Gaza City, wounding several civilians.

In the West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoner Information Office said Israeli army forces carried out wide raid operations in several towns and arrested 22 Palestinians, including eight in the Shwayka neighborhood north of Tulkarem and the village of Deir Ghassan.

Ceasefire violations and injuries

Al-Jazeera Net says Israeli forces' attacks continued despite the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip that has been in effect since October 10, 2025.

It reports that as of yesterday, Saturday, Israeli violations of the ceasefire resulted in the martyrdom of 1,098 Palestinians and injuries to 3,535 others, according to Gaza's Ministry of Health.

The same article also describes settler violence in the West Bank, saying seven Palestinians from the same family were injured, including an elderly man and two children, in an attack carried out by Israeli settlers in the village of Hawara in the Musafir Yatta area of the Hebron Governorate.

It says a widely circulated video on social media showed a settler attacking Ibrahim Al-Jbour while he was herding sheep and spraying pepper spray into his face, causing his injury and his collapse to the ground.

Broader war toll and raids

Zeteo's weekly round-up says Israel appeared to escalate its attacks on Gaza, killing at least two dozen Palestinians, including several children and two aid workers, during the week it covered.

In the occupied West Bank, Zeteo says Israeli military raids continued and settler violence rose 560% since 2019, while only 6.6% of cases resulted in indictments, citing Haaretz.

France 24 reported that on Sunday, March 15, dozens of Palestinians gathered in the north of the West Bank for the funerals of Ali Khaled Bani Odeh and his wife Waad, and their children Mohammad and Othman, killed by gunfire from the Israeli army at a checkpoint in the village of Tammoun.

France 24 also states that the Israeli army and police said in a joint statement that the vehicle accelerated toward the security forces and that they responded by opening fire, killing four Palestinians who were in the vehicle, while an investigation is ongoing into the circumstances.
