Trump Shares Video of Haitian Immigrant Killing Florida Woman, Blames Biden

Trump shared a graphic video of a deadly hammer attack at a Florida gas station.

The video showed Haitian immigrant Rolbert Joachin bludgeoning 51-year-old Bangladeshi immigrant Nilufa Easmin to death.

Trump called Joachin an animal and blamed the Biden administration for granting him Temporary Protected Status.

The attack was caught on surveillance footage showing Joachin repeatedly hitting Easmin after she confronted him.

Trump posted the video on Truth Social, saying the video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see.

The victim was a 51-year-old immigrant from Bangladesh and mother of two adult daughters.

She had been living in the US for about 30 years and was working at the convenience store for nearly five months.

Joachin arrived in the US in August 2022 via a water vessel and was granted Temporary Protected Status in 2023, which was revoked this week.

He had previous interactions with police, including a detainment for possession of a stolen backpack.

Joachin confessed to the murder, saying he went to the gas station specifically to kill the victim.

Trump used the killing to attack the Biden administration's immigration policies.

The Bangladesh Association of Southwest Florida described Easmin as a devoted mother.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance condemned the act of violence but warned against demonizing Haitian immigrants.
