Prosecutors introduced a new piece of evidence: a remark Weinstein allegedly made to a court officer in 2020.

More than 80 prospective jurors asked to be excused during initial screening, and no jurors were chosen on the first day.

This retrial focuses solely on the third-degree rape charge involving Jessica Mann.

Mann testified she had a consensual, on-and-off relationship with Weinstein.
