Israel Kills Six Palestinians in Gaza Despite Ceasefire

Israeli forces killed at least six Palestinians across the Gaza Strip on April 13, 2026.

Medical sources reported three killed in Deir al-Balah, one in Muawiya northwest of Rafah, one near Abu Hamid roundabout in Khan Younis, and one near Saraya Square in Gaza City.
