Airstrikes kill Palestinians
Seven Palestinians were killed and several others were seriously wounded, including the son of Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya, in Israeli airstrikes on several sites in Gaza on Wednesday, according to Civil Defense and hospitals in the enclave.
In the north of the Gaza Strip, ten people, including a child, were killed in Israeli strikes on Tuesday, April 14, the territory's Civil Defense said to Agence France-Presse (AFP).

Mahmoud Bassal, spokesman for the emergency rescue organization operating under Hamas's authority, said four martyrs, including a child, and several wounded were transported to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City after an Israeli airstrike hit a police vehicle.
The Israeli army said it had struck the Hamas 'terrorists' who were in a truck in the Gaza Strip the day before, while Le Monde, with AFP, reported that Israel and Hamas accuse each other of violating the ceasefire that came into effect on October 10, 2025 after two years of war.
Ceasefire accusations and hospitals
Le Monde reported that the Israeli army said in a statement on Wednesday that it had 'eliminated' an 'armed terrorist' who posed a 'threat' and had approached the 'yellow line' delimiting the area under the control of Israeli troops in the north of the territory.
The same Le Monde account said it was not immediately clear whether he was the Beit Lahya victim, and it added that on Tuesday evening the Civil Defense of the Palestinian territory reported five additional deaths in another strike near a junction at the Al-Chati refugee camp in Gaza City.

Al Jazeera Net said that ten Palestinians were killed, including four from the same family, by Israeli shelling on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today, Saturday, despite the ceasefire in effect.
Al Jazeera Net also described that the Shuhada al-Aqsa Hospital reported the death of three Palestinians in an Israeli air strike on the al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, including Ahmed Wishah, a photographer for Al Jazeera Mubasher Live.
Death toll and aid constraints
Le Monde said that at least 757 Palestinians have been killed since October 10, 2025, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, which is under Hamas authority, and whose figures are considered reliable by the UN.
“Ten Palestinians were killed, including four from the same family, by Israeli shelling on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today, Saturday, despite the ceasefire in effect”
TV5MONDE likewise stated that the death toll has reached 757 since last October’s ceasefire, while adding that Israel and Hamas mutually accuse each other of violating the truce.
Al-Jazeera Net reported that the Government Media Office in Gaza said Israel had committed 3,338 violations of the ceasefire since it took effect on October 10, 2025, killing 1,012 Palestinians and injuring 3,208 others and arresting 100 people.
That same Al-Jazeera Net report said the Government Office stated that the number of trucks that entered the Strip during that period was 54,023 out of 150,600 that were supposed to enter, a compliance rate not exceeding 36%, and that Israel allowed only 7,417 people to travel out of 20,600 supposed to be allowed to travel.
