Separately, Anadolu Ajansı said the Israeli army carried out raids across several West Bank towns early on Thursday and detained several Palestinians, with local sources placing the raids in Nablus, Bethlehem and Hebron, as well as Salfit, Jenin and Qalqilya.
Anadolu Ajansı also said the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, has seen an escalation in Israeli military operations, including raids, arrests, shootings and excessive use of force, alongside rising attacks on Palestinians and their property.
Gaza evacuation orders
In Gaza, WAFA reported that Israeli occupation forces issued “evacuation orders” against civilians in the city center of Khan Younis on Monday evening in preparation for a bombardment operation or a ground invasion.
WAFA said the orders directed residents from blocks 107, 108 and 109 to head west into the Al-Mawasi area, which it described as already extremely saturated with displaced people.

WAFA stated that the Khan Younis Governorate, particularly the Al-Mawasi area running along the Mediterranean coast from Deir al-Balah in the north to the northern edge of Khan Younis, hosts about 1.5 million internally displaced people.
WAFA also said that since October 7, 2023, the start of the “extermination campaign,” Israeli aggression has caused the deaths of more than 55,998 people and left 131,559 wounded, mostly women and children, as well as thousands missing.
More raids in Nablus
WAFA’s update on May 14, 2026 said Israeli occupation forces closed a charitable association in Nablus on Thursday morning after several Israeli military vehicles stormed Abdul Rahim Mahmoud Street and raided the Madid Charitable Society.

WAFA reported that the forces searched the premises, vandalized property inside, and issued an order for its closure, and it described a separate incident in which vehicles stormed the town of Burqa northwest of Nablus.
In that Burqa incident, WAFA said Israeli military vehicles raided and searched several homes, ransacked their contents, and detained a number of residents for field interrogations, while adding that no detentions were reported.
Across the broader West Bank context, TRT World said the incursions came amid rising illegal settler attacks, including assaults on Palestinian villages, arson attacks on property, and land seizures, and it added that since October 2023 attacks by the Israeli army and settlers have killed 1,155 Palestinians and wounded about 11,750.
