Manhattan DA Investigates Rep. Eric Swalwell Over 2024 Sexual Assault Allegation

She told CNN, I was pushing him off of me, saying no. He didn't stop.

Multiple women accused Swalwell of misconduct ranging from sexual harassment to rape.

Swalwell denied the claims, calling them flat false.

The primary accuser worked for Swalwell from 2019 until 2021.

She alleged two separate non-consensual sexual encounters.

The San Francisco Chronicle reviewed text messages and medical records corroborating the accuser's account.

Three other women told CNN they experienced instances of sexual misconduct from Swalwell.

All 21 of his backers in Congress withdrew their support.
