The video appears to show the shooting from another camera angle positioned behind Kirk; Owens shared it during her podcast along with photographs allegedly taken inside the vehicle that transported Kirk to the hospital.

The attack occurred in September of last year while Kirk was at an event at Utah Valley University, a shooting that shocked his supporters and prompted widespread political reactions across the country.

Owens has repeatedly argued that key details about the shooting remain unexplained and has highlighted what she described as unusual elements in the footage.

She noted the apparent "lack of blood" and questioned whether the bullet actually passed through Kirk's body, claims she has raised before while discussing the case publicly.

Owens also posted on X: "I’m sorry guys, but I refuse to accept whatever matrix software update this is where a man is publicly assassinated and his legacy goes out to the highest bidder."

She added, "I will not allow Charlie’s enemies to purchase him like there’s some afterlife slave market. I reject this. No."

The release quickly triggered a wave of criticism online, with some users accusing Owens of holding back the footage for months and sharing it only to revive interest in her platform.

Authorities have arrested Tyler Robinson in connection with the shooting and his murder trial is ongoing.

Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, has previously urged Owens to stop spreading conspiracy theories related to the case.
