The House requires a two-thirds majority to expel a member.

Rep. Byron Donalds said he would vote to expel both Swalwell and Gonzales.

The Manhattan DA confirmed it was investigating allegations that Swalwell sexually assaulted a former staffer.

The woman said she was too intoxicated to consent in both instances.

The DA's office urged anyone with knowledge to contact its Special Victims Division.

The allegations were first reported by the San Francisco Chronicle and CNN.

They detailed multiple accusations including unsolicited explicit photos and nonconsensual kissing.

Rahman Textile produced clothing for several European fashion brands, including Hessen and BrandBox.

Both companies said they were deeply saddened and would review their operations.

Rahman Textile owner Faisal Rahman claimed the factory had passed its most recent safety inspection in January.
