In a separate set of claims, Hezbollah said it carried out an aerial assault with a swarm of attacking drones targeting the newly established command post in Eilat, and it also announced the destruction of surveillance and technical equipment at the sites of Al-Raheb and Al-Abad to disable the army’s monitoring capabilities.

Israeli readiness and Hezbollah claims

Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, Chief of the General Staff of the Israeli Defense Forces, announced the approval of plans to continue military operations on the northern front and said, “No containment anymore, but initiative and offense.”

Zamir warned that Iran launched a two-stage intercontinental ballistic missile with a range of 4,000 kilometers toward a U.S. target at Diego Garcia, and he said the missiles “were not designed to hit Israel, but their range reaches European capitals, including Berlin, Paris, and Rome.”

Hezbollah said it targeted a Merkava tank near the Ishraq School in Bent Jbeil with a guided missile, and the strike was confirmed with the tank seen burning, while the resistance also shelled the Israeli army command post in Al-Beiyadah with artillery.

In additional operations, Hezbollah targeted a Merkava tank on Tal Al-Awida in the border town of Adaisseh with a suicide drone and confirmed its strike, and it also targeted the infrastructure of the occupying army in the occupied city of Safed with rocket strikes.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon said these operations come in response to the enemy's violation of the cease-fire agreement and its repeated attacks on southern Lebanon villages, and it added that its operations will continue until Israeli-American attacks on Lebanon and its people stop.
