These operations were carried out within the framework of Operation Protective Edge.

The attacks came less than 24 hours after Israel launched strikes that killed at least 15 people in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah framed its operations as retaliation for Israel's breach of the ceasefire.

Hezbollah's operations continued with full intensity on April 11.

The movement's actions came in response to the assassination of Ayatollah Khamenei and Israel's ceasefire violations.

The strikes on April 12 were part of a broader escalation since March 2.
