The group later said its elements targeted at 4:55 p.m. a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Blat site with a guided missile, confirming a direct hit, and that fighters targeted at 8:05 p.m. a gathering of Israeli forces at the Hodbat al-Ajl site north of the Kfar Yuval settlement with a rocket volley.
It also announced targeting the Neftali base located west of the Sea of Galilee with a rocket salvo at 8:45 p.m. the same day, as Israeli airstrikes continued on areas in the south, the Beqaa, and the southern suburbs of Beirut.
In a separate update, قناة نبأ الفضائية said the Islamic Resistance announced on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, that it carried out 37 military operations against sites, gatherings, and vehicles belonging to the Israeli occupation army in southern Lebanon.

The same account said Channel 15 reported the targeted force consisted of a joint unit comprising the 890th Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade and the elite Engineering Unit Yahalom, with preparations reportedly lasting about 36 hours and including bridging gear, armored bulldozers, and inflatable boats.
It added that the operation ended in a total withdrawal with no equipment recovered, and that Hezbollah later released documents showing the equipment abandoned on Lebanese territory.
In parallel, it described another operation near the Khardali area in which a similarly composed force was detected and came under heavy fire from at least three coordinated firing units, ending with one soldier killed and several wounded and the abandonment of three military bulldozers and other engineering equipment.
