Islamic Resistance Targets Israeli Soldiers And Vehicles In Al-Dhahirah, Al-Naqoura, Al-Taiba With Rocket Salvos

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced that it targeted three gatherings of soldiers and Israeli army vehicles in the border towns of al-Dhahirah, al-Naqoura, and al-Taiba with rocket salvos, as part of what it described as the Crushing Onslaught battle.

In Statement No. 1, on Monday 23/03/2026, the mujahideen targeted at 11:00 a.m. a gathering of soldiers of the Israeli army in Tel Abu Madi in the border town of al-Dhahirah with a rocket salvo.

In Statement No. 2, the mujahideen targeted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday 23/03/2026 a gathering of soldiers of the Israeli army in the vicinity of the Naqoura Municipality building with a rocket salvo.

In Statement No. 3, at 06:00 a.m. on Monday 23/03/2026, the Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of Israeli army mechanized vehicles and soldiers in the vicinity of the town of al-Taiba with a precision missile.

The same report said the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continues its operations in response to the escalation of Israeli aggression since March 2 of this year.

Hezbollah said that after detecting an Israeli enemy force positioned inside a house in the town of al-Bayadah, fighters targeted it at 15:00 on Saturday afternoon, 2026-03-28, with a strafing attack and scored a direct hit.

The statement then said the fighters followed up by targeting the evacuation force that arrived at the scene with a rocket salvo and artillery shells.

Al-Hurra

In a second statement, Hezbollah said that at 15:25, a Merkava tank near the reservoir in the town of al-Qantara was struck with a guided missile, and achieved direct hits.

In a third statement, Hezbollah said that at 16:00 on Saturday afternoon it targeted a Merkava tank in the town of al-Bayadah with a strafing attack, and achieved a direct hit.

Separately, جريدة اللواء described a broad military escalation that began at midnight, when Israeli warplanes launched air raids targeting several southern towns and reconnaissance drone flights over Tyre and its surroundings.

جريدة اللواء said the fighting left martyrs and injured among civilians and military personnel alike and caused widespread destruction of property and infrastructure in the south, Nabatieh, and the Beqaa.

It reported that the Ministry of Public Health published a daily report from the Health Emergency Operations Center, saying the total number of martyrs since March 2 to April 7 rose to 1,530 and the number of injured rose to 4,812.

The same report described Israeli air and drone strikes across towns including Deir al-Zahrani, Safed al-Batiikh, Shuqra, Burj Qlaouiya, and Tebnine in the Bint Jbeil District, and it said the strike on the road to Deir al-Zahrani resulted in the martyrdom of Ali Badran.

In response, جريدة اللواء said Hezbollah announced it struck an Israeli force east of the Khiam Detention Center and shelled Israeli settlements in Kiryat Shmona, Metula, Kfar Yoval, Shlomi, Evin Manachem, and Natoua with rocket salvos.

It also stated that the Islamic Resistance said its operations were carried out precisely and targeted real military sites in response to Israeli aggression, with emphasis on not targeting civilians directly.
