Jordanian condemnation of attacks

It cited most recently the attack on the village of Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah, which it said resulted in the martyrdom of three Palestinians and the injury of others.

The statement was issued in Amman on March 8, 2026 by WAFA Agency, and the Ministry held Israel, the occupying power, responsible for these attacks.

Spokesperson condemns attacks

The Ministry's official spokesperson, Ambassador Fouad Majali, affirmed the Kingdom's absolute rejection and condemnation of the attacks.

He framed these incidents as occurring "amidst dangerous and illegal Israeli measures in the occupied West Bank," attributing responsibility to Israeli actions and policies.

Call for Palestinian statehood

He urged the international community to guarantee the Palestinian people's legitimate right to establish an independent and sovereign state on the June 4, 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.

He said this was the only way to achieve a just and comprehensive peace that guarantees security and stability in the region.
