Tuesday attacks along border
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah, said it continued on Tuesday its operations against Israeli occupation positions and deployments along Lebanon's southern border, targeting movements, armored vehicles, and gatherings of occupation soldiers through coordinated strikes using guided missiles, kamikaze drones, and artillery shells.
In one described operation, the group said that at 22:10 it targeted Israeli occupation vehicles and soldiers in the Wadi al-Ain area between the towns of al-Bayyaḍa and Buyut al-Siyad, with artillery shells and rocket salvos for the second time.

In the first strike described for the same area, the Islamic Resistance said an Israeli force including a Merkava tank, two bulldozers, and a tracked vehicle was spotted advancing toward Wadi al-Ain, and it said the Merkava tank was hit with a guided missile for a direct hit before the remainder of the force was targeted with artillery shells and rocket salvos.
The same update said fighters launched a kamikaze-drone attack at 13:17 on an engineering vehicle belonging to the Israeli army in the town of Tayr Harfa, where it was seen burning, and it said at 14:08 the resistance targeted a Hammer vehicle on the Naqoura–Alexandron road with a kamikaze drone, with a direct hit observed and the vehicle seen burning.
The update also said the operations extended to the Iskandaruna region, where at 15:15 a Merkava tank was struck with a kamikaze drone, confirming a direct hit.
Statements and named locations
Saba, citing nine separate statements seen by the Yemeni News Agency, said the Islamic Resistance targeted gatherings of Israeli enemy soldiers, a bulldozer, and a drone jamming device in several areas in the occupied south, framing the actions as a response to Israeli ceasefire violations and attacks on southern villages.
In statement number 12, Saba said the resistance targeted at 16:45 on Tuesday 19-05-2026 a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the town of Ramiya with a dive drone, achieving a confirmed hit.

Saba also reported that statement number 15 said fighters targeted at 17:30 on Tuesday 19-05-2026 a bulldozer belonging to the Israeli enemy army east of Khiam detention center with a dive drone, achieving a confirmed hit.
In a separate statement summary, Al-Manar TV Lebanon said Islamic Resistance fighters targeted at 17:30 on Tuesday 19-05-2026 a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers in Rashaf town with a loitering glider [FPV], achieving a confirmed hit: statement 25.
Al-Manar TV Lebanon further said that at 20:45 on Tuesday 19-05-2026 the fighters targeted a gathering of vehicles and soldiers belonging to the “Israeli” enemy army in Al-Bayyada town with a rocket barrage: statement 24.
Escalation framed as response
The Islamic Resistance update carried by Al-Quds News Agency said its actions came “in defense of Lebanon and its people” and “in response to the Israeli violation of the ceasefire,” linking the described strikes to what it called assaults on civilians and destruction of homes and villages in southern Lebanon.
In the same framing, Saba said the resistance affirmed its operations “come in defense of Lebanon and its people” and described them as part of the battle of "Devoured Storm."
Beyond the Tuesday border operations, Palestine Chronicle’s live blog said Israeli airstrikes targeted Baalbek and Shaqra and that the death toll in Baalbek’s Al-Basatin neighborhood rose to two.
The live blog also said that between 20:45 and 21:00 Hezbollah announced a “large-scale fire raid” on all Israeli occupation army positions in the town of Rashaf using repeated rocket barrages.
In the live blog’s account of the wider regional context, it added that Iran warned that any naval blockade would constitute an act of war as public rallies continued in Tehran.
