The same report said another Israeli patrol, consisting of three vehicles, entered from Jamlah village in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa countryside, passed through Abidin village, briefly set up a temporary checkpoint on the road leading to Koya village near Al-Ghabiti Well, and withdrew toward Maariya village.

The Times of Israël said Syrian media reported Israeli soldiers conducted raids in several villages in the Quneitra and Deraa areas, during which at least one person was arrested.

SANA reported that an Israeli patrol stopped several cars and pedestrians at the bridge in the village of Al-Musheirifa in the northern countryside of Quneitra and conducted search operations targeting a group of youths, with gunfire by patrol members toward several civilians in the area and no injuries.
TRT Français said an Israeli army raid in the countryside of Quneitra early Wednesday morning arrested a young man at the Ain al-Qadi farm, and it added that the day before Israeli planes had sprayed unidentified substances on agricultural lands in the Quneitra countryside.

France 24 reported that since late 2024 the Israeli army has detained at least 197 men in southern Syria, and it said a lawyer characterized 43 of them as remaining in detention in Israeli prisons.

Al-Araby Al Jadeed said the life of people in Quneitra and southern Syria has turned into “a daily state of fear and vigilance,” with residents fearing arrest, bombardment, or even death as Israeli incursions and violations continue.
A farmer identified as Ahmed al-Shaykh told Al-Araby Al Jadeed that flare devices had repeatedly caused fires in farmland and that “We fear our crops will burn before we can harvest them.”
