About this campaign

The Global Sumud Flotilla has been captured. 50 civilian boats. 428 participants from 45 countries. All of them kidnapped in international waters by the Zionist entity. The flotilla was carrying food, baby formula and medical supplies to a population the International Court of Justice has examined in the context of plausible acts of genocide.

This is how far they will go to hide their crimes and maintain their siege. The capture of an entire civilian humanitarian fleet, in international waters, is itself a war crime. Add it to the ledger. The world is watching which governments demand the immediate release of their nationals and full accountability, and which governments stay quiet.

Two weeks before the capture, the Israeli Occupation Navy illegally intercepted 22 flotilla vessels off the coast of Greece and kidnapped more than 170 volunteers, subjecting them to documented torture and sexual violence. The captured Sumud participants enter that same system. Every volunteer aboard has a legal right to freedom of navigation under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, and their government has a legal duty to defend them.
