Holmes has not been on air since March 11.

Alex Armstrong will stand in for Holmes while he recovers.

GB News CEO described Holmes as a loved member of the family.

Holmes has battled chronic health issues for several years.

His health woes began in 2021 after three slipped discs and a dislocated pelvis.

He has had spinal surgery, a double hip replacement, and struggled walking.

He suffered two separate falls in May 2023, one live on air.

He split from Ruth Langsford in 2024 after 14 years of marriage.
