Eid al-Adha strikes
On the third day of Eid al-Adha, Anadolu Agency said two Palestinians were killed and others wounded in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, with the latest deaths reported in the al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City.
An Anadolu Agency medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital said, "the body of a martyr and two injuries arrived as a result of a drone strike by an Israeli drone that targeted a gathering of civilians in the yard of a house in the al-Rimal neighborhood in western Gaza City."

Anadolu Agency also reported that on Friday an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents in Block 12 in the al-Bureij camp, injuring two children, and that Israeli shelling hit the al-Shawa Square area east of Gaza City.
The same Anadolu Agency report said the ceasefire has been in effect in the Strip since October 10, 2025, but that Israeli breaches have killed 922 Palestinians and injured 2,786 others as of Thursday, according to the Health Ministry.
In a separate Sunday account, NST Online said an Israeli airstrike killed at least two Palestinians in Gaza City when it hit a group of people at the Omar Al-Mokhtar road, north of the enclave, and medics said several others were wounded.
UNICEF and ceasefire
The Times of Israël reported that UNICEF said two civilian subcontractors contracted to deliver water were shot dead on Friday by Israeli soldiers in northern Gaza, and UNICEF described the deaths as the "murder of the two truck drivers hired by the organization to provide drinking water to families in the Gaza Strip."
The same report said the incident occurred at the Mansoura water-supply point, described as the only operational water-supply point for the tanker trucks serving Gaza City’s Mekorot water-supply network, and that "All activities at the supply point have since been suspended."

The Times of Israël also said the Israeli army told it had opened an investigation after soldiers spotted two armed terrorists in the area of the Yellow Line approaching and opened fire.
In parallel, TRT World said an Israeli drone strike killed two Palestinians and injured several others near a water distribution station in Gaza City on Sunday, describing it as another violation of the ceasefire that took effect on October 10, 2025.
TRT World added that Gaza’s Health Ministry said Israeli attacks since the ceasefire have killed 1,066 people and injured 3,445 others, while Israel now occupies about 70 percent of the Palestinian enclave.
Deadlines, deaths, and escalation
TRT Français said the Gaza Interior Ministry reported that seven people were killed when an Israeli strike hit a police vehicle in Khan Younis, and in northern Gaza a woman and a child were killed in a strike targeting homes near Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia.
“On the third day of Eid al-Adha, two Palestinians were killed and others wounded in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip”
TRT Français also said the ministry condemned the "persistent silence" of international organizations, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross, regarding the targeting of civilian police personnel and called it "No justification."
WAFA reported that an Israeli combat drone struck a gathering of people near As-Samer junction in the center of Gaza City on Sunday evening, killing two civilians and injuring several others.
Anadolu Agency said the ceasefire has been in effect since October 10, 2025, and that it has been accompanied by ongoing Israeli breaches, with the Health Ministry tallying 922 Palestinians killed and 2,786 injured as of Thursday.
NST Online said Israel and Hamas were deadlocked in indirect talks over implementing the second phase of the ceasefire deal, which includes the group's disarmament and Israeli army withdrawals, while Hamas accused Israel of violating the ceasefire and Nikolay Mladenov said both parties had violated the agreement.
