West Bank attacks

Israeli occupation forces and settlers intensified attacks across the West Bank on Sunday, setting fire to homes, a mosque and farmland, carrying out arrest raids and blocking roads, according to WAFA as cited by SANA.

In the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron, settlers overnight torched two homes and a mosque in the village of Al-Tuwani, causing extensive damage, and vandalized Palestinian property including a vehicle under the protection of Israeli forces.

In southern Hebron, settlers attacked homes in Wadi al-Rakhim south of Yatta, stole three head of livestock, and WAFA said Israeli soldiers opened live fire in the area, where a child suffered convulsions after severe fear.

West of Ramallah, Israeli forces set dozens of olive trees ablaze in the village of Deir Qaddis after firing live ammunition and tear gas toward farmers, sparking a fire that spread across agricultural land.

Civil defense crews were prevented from reaching the scene to extinguish the blaze, while Israeli forces also arrested six Palestinians during overnight raids in the Ramallah, Jenin and Bethlehem areas after searching their homes.

Ramallah-area arson

WAFA said colonists attacked the town of Turmus’ayya, northeast of Ramallah, on Tuesday evening, striking the town’s outskirts and its main entrance.

WAFA reported that the colonists set agricultural land ablaze and prevented residents from extinguishing the fire, while Israeli occupation forces raided the town and prevented residents attempting to confront the colonists from reaching their lands to put out the fire.

The WAFA report described the attack as occurring after colonists targeted the outskirts and main entrance, with the resulting blaze spreading over agricultural land.

In the same broader reporting stream, SANA said Israeli occupation forces and settlers intensified attacks across the West Bank on Sunday, including arrest raids and blocking roads.

Rawhi Fattouh, Palestinian National Council Chairman, called for urgent international action to halt settler attacks and hold those responsible accountable, saying attacks on homes and places of worship formed part of a broader policy aimed at forcibly displacing Palestinians.

Gaza and international calls

SANA also referenced an Israeli attack on the Al-Nasr neighborhood west of Gaza City on Saturday, saying five Palestinians, including three children, were killed and several others wounded.

In the same SANA account, it said Israeli occupation forces and settlers intensified attacks across the West Bank on Sunday, including setting fire to homes, a mosque and farmland.

The WAFA stream included a call for urgent international action to halt settler attacks, with Rawhi Fattouh urging the international community to take binding measures to stop settler violence and end impunity.

In a separate item carried by وكالة سبأ, Al-Barsh said the world, powerless, abandons Gaza's residents to their fate.

The WAFA and SANA reporting also described ongoing operational pressure in the West Bank, including Israeli forces sealing a town’s western entrance with earth mounds after raiding homes and conducting on-site interrogations.
