Siege and displacement in Tulkarem
WAFA described a continuing Israeli aggression against Tulkarem and its camp, saying it entered its 84th day and that it has continued for the 71st day against Nour Shams camp.
WAFA said the escalation has included sustained gunfire, explosions, military incursions, destruction, and attacks targeting civilians and their property, and it reported that a loud explosion was heard at dawn in the Tulkarem camp followed by thick columns of smoke.

The agency said Israeli bulldozers conducted new earthworks, destroying roads already damaged in the camp, and it reported that the camp’s western entrance near the Maqata’a neighborhood was blocked by earth embankments.
WAFA also said that since the start of this aggression, 13 Palestinians have been killed, including a child and two women, one eight months pregnant, and it reported that more than 4,000 families have been forcibly displaced from the Tulkarem and Nour Shams camps.
