Tabby service enables MOHRE fees and fines payments in installments 4–12 months. Maximum per-transaction limit is AED 20,000.

MoHRE adds Tabby payments
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) launched the Tabby service to let customers pay fees and fines owed to the ministry in instalments over a period of 4 to 12 months.
MoHRE said the Tabby option is available through its digital channels by selecting the instalment payment option in line with the approved procedures.

The service sets a maximum of Dh20,000 per transaction, and MoHRE described it as a way to provide greater flexibility in meeting financial obligations through a digital payment process.
H.E. Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, MoHRE’s Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, said, “The new service forms part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop its digital services, streamline procedures, and provide solutions centred around customer needs.”
Up to AED20,000
Emirates 24|7 said MoHRE’s new service allows customers to spread eligible MOHRE service fees and fines over four to 12 months for transactions of up to AED20,000 using MoHRE’s digital channels.
The outlet reported that the ministry framed the move as aimed at making payments more flexible and improving access to digital government services.

Emirates 24|7 quoted H.E. Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi describing MoHRE’s efforts to enhance its service ecosystem by adopting innovative digital payment solutions and expanding partnerships with financial service providers.
Khaleej Times added that the Tabby service complements existing easy payment options already available to MoHRE customers for paying service fees and administrative fines in instalments using credit cards issued by eight MoHRE-approved banks.
Banks, terms, and interest
Khaleej Times listed eight MoHRE-approved banks whose credit cards can be used for instalment payments, including Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Commercial International Bank (CIB), and RAKBANK. The same report said these instalment plans are implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable at their respective financial institutions, for up to 12 months with zero interest and no maximum transaction limit, depending on the limit of the credit card.
“By doing so, the Ministry can provide more flexible payment options for customers and deliver efficient, straightforward, and convenient government services that meet customers’ needs.”
Sharjah24 said the Tabby service also allows customers to pay fees and fines owed to the Ministry in instalments over 4 to 12 months with a maximum of AED20,000 per transaction through MoHRE’s digital channels. Sharjah24 quoted His Excellency Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi saying, “By doing so, the Ministry can provide more flexible payment options for customers and deliver efficient, straightforward, and convenient government services that meet customers’ needs.”
