The lawsuit says 19-year-old driver Mari Abey was attempting to exit a parking lot with an obstructed view of oncoming traffic because a large SUV was legally parked by the driveway.

According to the suit Abey accelerated over the curb and onto the sidewalk, striking Ayden Fang before crashing through the front of the restaurant.
