Hurricane Isaias’ devastating aftermath comes into focus in striking images

Communities are beginning to assess the damage left behind by a powerful hurricane that tore through the region, leaving homes damaged, roads flooded and neighborhoods littered with debris. The hurricane tore roofs from buildings, uprooted trees and knocked out power to hundreds of thousands of customers across Florida and Alabama before pushing inland.
