(Image: Social media) A video aired by the Iranian state broadcaster appeared to threaten the youngest son of American President Donald Trump and placed a $10 million bounty on him. The US Secret Service said it is aware of the video, which was shared by an IRGC-affiliated media , and asked: "Where and how should we kill Barron Trump?" Threats were also previously made to First Lady Melania Trump . In a statement to CNN , Nate Herring told CNN: “The US Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees. The US broadcaster also added that its source said "protective operations are constantly adjusted based on a range of security information from the Secret Service, other agencies, police, and other countries". The US President said on Truth Social that the US would begin "the most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country". Iran's Foreign Ministry replied with a statement published by state broadcaster IRIB, and also said that those who impose economic levies against the country "are liable to prosecution and punishment ." Mr Trump also seemed to suggest he could soon be "declaring the Hormuz Strait a territory of the United States" . Posting on Truth Social, Mr Trump shared a map highlighting the strait with a caption reading "New U.S. Territory".
