Former Olympic boxer Luke Campbell , who became the mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire in May 2025, has been accused of forcing the employee out of her job after the incident earlier this year. In documents submitted to an employment tribunal, seen by The Observer , the female employee claimed the incident “violated my dignity and created a humiliating, degrading and offensive working environment”. Humberside Police said it is now conducting lines of enquiry after the force received a report of cyber flashing in May 2026. A Reform UK spokesperson said: “Luke firmly denies the allegations. They come from a disgruntled employee attempting to leverage a settlement in a meritless workplace dispute.” open image in gallery Former Olympic boxer Luke Campbell became the mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire in May 2025 ( Getty ) Reform UK member Nadine Dorries took to social media over the weekend to claim the image was a 2013 magazine cover showing Mr Campbell posing naked after he won a gold medal in boxing at the London 2012 Olympics. In the documents, the female employee claims she was “deliberately exposed to naked and sexualised images involving the mayor in the workplace, without my consent, and was laughed at when I was visibly embarrassed”. She said: “In my view, this was unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which violated my dignity and created a humiliating, degrading and offensive working environment.” Further documents claim she lost her position because of her “rejection of unwanted sexual conduct”. Hull and East Yorkshire combined authority said it recognises the “seriousness of the matters reported” and said it has “established procedures for handling complaints about members and officers”. “With a police investigation ongoing, it would not be appropriate to comment further on individual allegations or speculate about the outcome,” a spokesperson said. “The Mayor firmly denies the allegations.” It comes as Nigel Farage’s party has been plunged into crisis after an undercover sting operation revealed racist, sexual, and violent rhetoric among its members. open image in gallery It comes as Nigel Farage’s party has been plunged into crisis after an undercover sting operation revealed racist, sexual, and violent rhetoric among its members ( PA Wire ) Several Reform UK members have been suspended or resigned as the party faces intense scrutiny over the fresh revelations. It has been accused of “appalling behaviour” and “extreme racism” following footage released from an undercover investigation called Undercover: A Year in Reform by ITV Exposure, screened on Sunday night. The year-long investigation goes inside the heart of Reform UK’s political operations, and follows election candidates and councillors across England and Wales during the May local elections and four by-election campaigns in 2025 and 2026. Councillor Alan Feeney in Solihull, who has since resigned, was recorded saying that the area had been “infested” with Asian families, who he referred to as “absolute parasites”. Mr Feeney also said of Asian people: “Drag them out of their homes, stick them on planes and f*** them off to Pakistan.” An aspiring Reform MP also told an undercover ITV reporter that “concentration camps” should be built for asylum seekers who arrive in small boats to the UK. They have since been suspended from the party.
