The Express headline tells readers households are being "handed" an £850 boost, as if the government were paying out money. The body shows the scheme offers loans that must be repaid, and that £850 is the department's best-case estimate of yearly bill savings from installing a heat pump, battery and solar panels and switching tariff. Otherwise the article reports the scheme's terms accurately and attributes the savings figures to the department.
