One wounded in West Bank stabbing attack as IDF, Israel Police launch manhunt for terrorist

A man in his 20s was moderately to seriously wounded in a terror stabbing at a farm near Usarin in the West Bank on Monday morning.The victim is conscious and is being treated by first responders attached to the IDF, Rescuers Without Borders (Hatzalah Without Borders) said, adding that the victim will be evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva."We were led to a farm where we found a young man, about 19 years old, conscious, suffering from stab wounds to the head, neck, and limbs," said Rescuers Without Borders Magen David Adom medics Aviel Mamelia and Neria Giat. "In cooperation with an IDF medical force and together with other medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene, we provided the injured man with initial medical treatment, including stopping the bleeding, bandaging, and immobilization."They added that he is being transported to Beilinson's trauma unit in a military ambulance.IDF, police launch manhunt for terroristRescuers Without Borders said that the terrorist arrived at the farm in a car, asked the victim if he was armed, and then attacked him before fleeing.The IDF and Israel Police are responding to the incident and have launched a manhunt for the terrorist, imposing a blockade on the surrounding villages.The military's elite undercover Duvdevan Unit, Nahal Brigade, and Unit 636 of the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps are among the forces dispatched to search for the terrorist.This is a developing story.
