The vast majority of them have also been victims of strangulation as part of that assault. “With the adults cosplaying as children – this could be anything from dressing up in young girls’ clothing, having sex in a child’s bedroom or using cuddly toys. Anything that makes them look like children, or people under 16 – that will be illegal.” From the date in November the new offences come in regulating body Ofcom has power to remove these types of videos from adult sites. But I have recognised the impact that harmful pornography is having on society. “It’s why we’ve taken the steps to make certain types of content illegal. I think as a society there needs to be a wider conversation about this.” She admitted “everyone in society – not just teachers” are responsible for making sure children in schools are getting taught the right things about sex.”
