The BBC Reported Israel's Denial as Fact. It Didn't Tell You Israel Gave No Evidence.
On 6 July 2026 the BBC reported that the Israel Prison Service 'rejected the account' of Dr Hussam Abu Safiya's mistreatment 'as false', in an article and in a 14:45 broadcast, without noting that Israel provided no evidence and that the denial cannot be independently verified. The BBC applies exactly that transparency qualifier to the other side ('Hamas-run', 'cannot be independently verified'). File two BBC complaints, on the article and the broadcast, via the official Complaints API, anchored to Section 3 (Accuracy) and Section 4 (Impartiality), in one click.

Enter your details below. The BBC Complaints API requires UK structured address fields (address line 1, house name or number, city, postcode, location, phone); we pass these straight to the BBC's official endpoint and don't store them. Each complaint body is personalised in your voice on submit and anchored to BBC Editorial Guidelines Section 3 (Accuracy) and Section 4 (Impartiality). Tap 'View Email Template' to read the drafted bodies first, and preview both before they file.
