Greene Charged With Murder
Amuri Greene was charged with three counts of murder in the Brooklyn gang-related shooting that killed 7-month-old Kaori Patterson-Moore.
“The suspected gunman, 21-year-old Amuri Greene, will be charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder”
Greene pleaded not guilty at his arraignment from a hospital bed.

He allegedly fired a gun from the back of a moped, striking the baby in a stroller.
Second Suspect Caught
The second suspect, 18-year-old Matthew Rodriguez, was arrested in Pennsylvania.
He is believed to be the man driving the moped at the time of the shooting.

Authorities indicated the shooting may be connected to a gang feud.
Investigators believe the baby was an unintended victim.
Gang Connections Explored
NYPD Chief of Detectives said Greene is a gang associate out of the Marcy Houses.
“We do know he has an association with some other MOE gang members”
The baby’s father has associations with MOE members.
The investigation was probing a potential social media-related beef.
Greene faces a separate robbery charge.
