Massachusetts rape charges
Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, was charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging someone for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor, according to court records viewed by CBC News.
CBC News reported that the charges were filed on Sept. 8 in a Cape Cod, Mass., courthouse and that the alleged offences occurred on May 23, 2025.
CBC News said an arraignment is set for Oct. 14 and that Peters is not currently in custody.
CBC News reported that if convicted, Peters faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison on the rape charge.
