Iowa Amber Alert Canceled After 12-Year-Old Deyton Cranston Found Safe

An Amber Alert was issued for 12-year-old Deyton Cranston after she was reported missing around 12:30 p.m.

She was last seen with a man named Danny, described as a Hispanic or Indian male in his late 20s or early 30s.

Authorities searched for a red Toyota Camry with dark tinted windows and no front license plate.

Deyton was described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 135 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and brown eyes.

The Amber Alert was canceled around 6:45 p.m. after Deyton was located and found safe.

No further details were immediately released about how she was found or the status of the man she was last seen with.

Deyton's cellphone had been recovered earlier along Interstate 380.

Authorities continued the investigation following Deyton's recovery.
