Cells dismantled in Sistan-Baluchestan
Iran’s Intelligence Ministry said it dismantled three terrorist cells before they could carry out any terrorist or sabotage operations in Iranshahr, Sarbaz, Saravan and Zahedan in Sistan and Balouchestan Province, and also in Qeshm city in Hormozgan Province. The ministry said two suspects were killed in clashes with security and intelligence forces, while 10 other members of foreign-backed terrorist teams were arrested.
The ministry said the suspects had undergone military, bomb-making and assassination training abroad and entered Iran with the aim of causing destruction and instability. The ministry added that intelligence and forces in the provincial Department of Intelligence succeeded in dismantling two organized gangs that were disrupting public order and security, and arrested five armed criminals along with a quantity of weapons and related equipment.

Sirjan networks and Molotov plans
Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence announced that members of four organized networks were identified and arrested following public reports and intelligence monitoring by intelligence forces of the ministry at the General Department of Intelligence of Kerman province. The ministry said the networks comprised 31 mercenaries of the American-Zionist enemy in Sirjan County and that they were preparing to incite unrest and engage in street sabotage by manufacturing large numbers of Molotov cocktails.
The ministry said the same suspects carried out widespread acts of savagery and destruction during the unrest in Tehran in January, including torching the governor's office and destroying urban surveillance cameras. PressTV said Iran’s Intelligence Ministry also arrested 31 people belonging to four organized US-Israeli-backed networks linked to efforts to foment unrest and carry out acts of sabotage in Sirjan county in southern Kerman province.

Ford base incident and arrests
Britain’s counter-terrorism police said a dual-national Iranian-British man was arrested in connection with a security incident around the Ford base in the United Kingdom, which the article says hosted American bombers for an attack on Iran. The BBC said five British men, 23 to 25 years old, were arrested on suspicion of explosives-related offenses and 'terrorist act preparation' after reports of three suspicious vehicles near the Ford base on September 27.
The BBC said police found some petrol in the vehicles but no explosive device was recovered, and it said one of the individuals had dialed the police emergency number before his arrest. The BBC also said the IRGC explicitly named Ford in July and warned that bases used to bomb Iran would be 'legitimate targets'.
