Toll Updated in Lebanon
Lebanese health authorities said the death toll from Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,348, with 12,307 injured.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health’s Health Emergency Operations Center said the cumulative toll increased after the killing and injuring of more civilians.
Qatar news agency QNA reported the figures in a statement dated August 19 from Beirut, describing the ongoing aggression as continuing since March 2.
Al-Manar TV Lebanon also cited the Lebanese Ministry of Health update, repeating that the toll stands at 4,348 martyrs and 12,307 injuries.
Framework Agreement Under US
Alongside the casualty update, QNA said Lebanon and Israel signed a framework agreement under US auspices.
QNA reported the framework agreement stipulates security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese army in the south.
The same QNA account said the agreement also includes measures to rebuild the affected areas, revive the economy, and establish direct communication channels between the two sides.
The Shafaqna Arabic page reiterated the Lebanese health figure of 4,348 martyrs, while also listing other regional casualty figures from Gaza in the same compilation.
