Israeli Artillery Shelling Kills 13-Year-Old Palestinian Girl Near Bani Suheila Roundabout East of Khan Younis

An Israeli artillery shelling on southern Gaza Strip on Sunday killed a Palestinian girl, according to medical sources cited by WAFA, with the 13-year-old dying after shrapnel hit her near the Bani Suheila roundabout east of Khan Younis.

Saba reported that a Palestinian girl, identified as Eileen Al-Farra (13 years old), died after succumbing to injuries from Israeli artillery shelling that targeted eastern Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip, and said her body arrived at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis after she died from shrapnel wounds caused by an Israeli artillery shell that struck her head near Bani Suheila roundabout east of the city.

Saba said the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the total number of people killed by Israeli fire since the ceasefire took effect on October 10 had reached 1,041, while the total number of injuries had risen to 3,372, describing it as a violation of the ceasefire agreement.

In a separate account of Gaza violence, TRT Français said Israel killed six Palestinians, including a child, and that Israeli aircraft attacked two police checkpoints in Khan Younis, killing three police officers and three civilians, including a little girl, and wounding four others.

TRT Français also stated that Israeli forces are daily violating the ceasefire in effect since October 10, causing 691 dead and 1,876 wounded as of March 18, according to data from the Palestinian Health Ministry.
