Baraachit raid and destruction
On Friday, Israeli aviation conducted a raid against a house on the outskirts of Baraachit in the Bint Jbeil district, as bombardments and destruction operations continued in several localities of southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army said soldiers from the Kfir Brigade, under the command of the 91st Division, spotted several suspects who had crossed the boundary of the "security zone" in Baraachit before entering the building, and it asked the air force to strike the house.
The Israeli army added that it would continue to intervene against any "immediate threat," while reaffirming its commitment to the agreement reached between Israel and Lebanon.
The same report said Israeli forces carried out two major explosions, one on the outskirts of Arnoun and another near Kfar Tebnit in the Nabatieh district, with blasts heard as far as the Marjayoun area and thick columns of smoke rising from the two sectors.
It also described houses set on fire in Beit Yahoun and a new destruction operation in Haddatha in the Bint Jbeil district, with artillery bombardments targeting Wadi Slouki and the outskirts of Mayfadoun.
More strikes in the south
Later reporting from Al-Manar TV Lebanon said that two Israeli air raids targeted Byout Al-Sayyad town in South Lebanon.
In the same Al-Manar stream, the outlet framed the attacks as part of ongoing Israeli operations, including a separate report that "Israeli enemy carries out two new bombings in Baraachit town, South Lebanon" by an Al-Manar reporter.
Ici Beyrouth described additional military activity beyond the Baraachit house strike, including sweeping fire with heavy and medium machine guns accompanied by movements of Israeli military vehicles inside Khiam.
That report also said Israeli forces dynamited a house in Khiam, while bursts continued in several neighborhoods, and it described a night of raids in the Ali el-Taher area with reconnaissance drones flying intensively over the region throughout the night.
After 2 a.m., Ici Beyrouth said Israeli aircraft bombed Mansouri, where several powerful explosions were heard in many southern villages, and it also said Israeli forces carried out explosions in Haddatha and Tayri in the Bint Jbeil district.
UNIFIL handover and Lebanese Army
Mont Karlo ad-Dawliyya reported that UNIFIL hands over its positions to the Lebanese Army, as airstrikes and explosions continued in southern villages.

The outlet said diplomatic moves by President of the Republic Joseph Aoun in Rome aim to compel Israel to implement the provisions of the framework equation, in the face of ongoing Israeli violations in several southern areas.
It added that the Lebanese Army continues to strengthen its presence in southern Lebanon by taking over military sites that had been occupied by United Nations forces in the area whose mission in Lebanon ends later this year.
Mont Karlo ad-Dawliyya described raids that targeted the Tal Al-Tahir elevation and the surroundings of Tal Al-Dibsha and Duhat Kfarhamra, with explosive material dropped on the elevated areas and houses booby-trapped between Mays al-Jabal and Shuqra.
The same report said Colonel VII received the position of UNIFIL forces in the al-Khirdali – Litani area as part of completing operational measures to bolster the Lebanese Army’s حضور.
