Nablus operation and Qasra siege
Israeli forces said they arrested what they described as a "cell of 5 militants" in Kelfat (Qabatya) in the northern West Bank while continuing raids and arrests across the territory.

The Israeli army also confirmed it completed a military operation in Nablus and its villages in cooperation with Shin Bet lasting 48 hours, during which 10 wanted people were arrested and it destroyed more than 30 lathes used for the production of combat means.
Local sources reported that a large army force raided the camp east of Nablus, spread in several of its neighborhoods, and imposed a curfew on residents, while the sources said Israeli forces seized two vehicles during the raid.
In the village of Qasra in the northern West Bank, the Israeli army prevented Israeli and Palestinian activists and journalists from delivering food and medicine to three Palestinian homes besieged in the Ras Ain area south of Nablus, with the Qasra municipality head Abdul Ghhaim al-Wadi saying the army had prevented delivery of basic needs for more than 27 days.
The siege described in Qasra came as settlers accompanied by their livestock stormed homes of Palestinians in Turmusayya north of Ramallah, causing damage to properties and crops, according to local sources.

In a separate report, Israeli occupation forces raided several towns and cities in the West Bank at dawn on Thursday, with the Jo24.net account describing raids, arrests, and detentions of youths and children in Ramallah Governorate and Nablus Governorate.
Jo24.net said that in Ramallah Governorate forces raided the village of al-Mughir northeast of Ramallah and that a settler under military guard attacked a house in an attempt to steal sheep.
In Nablus Governorate, Jo24.net described raids on the city of Nablus and the area of Sama Nablus, plus raids on Qusra and Sebastia and the village of Asira al-Qibliya, while it said forces detained a number of youths during the raid on Qusra and arrested Nazal Khaled Asoira and the boy Kanaan Mohammed Ahmad during the raid on Asira al-Qibliya.

The Al-Manar TV Lebanon report said the Israeli army arrested 33 Palestinians, including two journalists, two minors and former prisoners, during wide-scale raids across the occupied West Bank on Thursday, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Media Office.
