Report.az also reported that Venezuelan authorities declared a state of emergency and that “at least 32 people were killed and around 700 others were injured,” while the WAFA account put the toll at “at least 164 people” and “almost 1,000 others” injured.

In parallel, ISNA described Pezeshkian’s message as offering Iran’s readiness to provide “any relief, medical, and humanitarian assistance” to ease the pain of victims and aid relief efforts.

Across the accounts, the diplomatic responses centered on condolences to Delcy Rodríguez and support for rescue and recovery, with WANA quoting Araghchi’s call for a “swift recovery to the injured” and ISNA emphasizing Iran’s readiness to assist in relief operations.
