Solomon’s Pools closed

Israeli occupation forces closed the Solomon’s Pools tourist area south of Bethlehem, with WAFA reporting that Israeli forces stormed the area, deployed at the first pool, and closed the main road leading to Artas village and the Convention Palace.

WAFA said Israeli forces and colonists intensified their attacks on the Solomon’s Pools area, including assaults on visitors and preventing Palestinian citizens from accessing the site.

In parallel, Fox News Digital described Solomon’s Pools as “the center of a modern political dispute,” and quoted Efrat mayor Dovi Shefler saying the pools are “the future of Efrat in our ability to exercise our sovereignty.”

Petra said the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission stated that settlers attacked homes between the villages of Jalud and Talfit, setting fire to three vehicles that were completely destroyed.

Petra also reported that Israeli forces carried out raids and arrest operations across several governorates in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, with injuries and cases of tear gas inhalation reported.
