Valuation hits $115B

Revolut completed a secondary share offering that valued the company at 115 billion dollars, with the transaction led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and Baillie Gifford.

Revolut’s fundraising close set a new company valuation of $115 billion (£85bn), and the BusinessCloud report said the deal established that figure after the latest fundraising process.

Revolut’s CEO and founder Nik Storonsky framed the move as part of expanding banking access, saying, "Every bank we launch means more people get a better way to manage their money, wherever they live."

Revolut’s CFO Victor Stinga tied the milestones to strengthening its digital banking proposition, saying, "The milestones achieved this year have been several years in the making."

Revolut’s valuation jump was described as 53% higher than the similar deal a year earlier, when an employee share sale valued Revolut at $75bn.

Secondary sale, no new cash

The secondary share sale valued the British fintech at $115 billion and brought no new money into Revolut. Revolut did not disclose how much it had raised in the sale, and the share sale allowed existing Revolut employees and investors to cash in their shares. The shares were sold at around $2,017 each, and the transaction was described as a sale of existing shares rather than fresh capital.

The same structure as a secondary stock sale valued at USD 115.0 billion did not inject new capital into the company. Revolut declined to say how much stock was sold, even as investors including Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T.

US bank launch in view

Revolut obtained preliminary conditional OCC approval for a US national bank charter, and the expansion was described as underpinned by profitability.

Revolut’s 2025 revenue rose 46% to $6.0 billion and pre-tax profit increased 57% to $2.3 billion, producing a 38% pre-tax margin.

Revolut’s deal valued the company at $115.0 billion (€102.15 billion) and recalled that since early 2026 it began banking operations in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.

Revolut received conditional approval from the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national bank, and TechCrunch said the company plans to launch in the first half of 2027 subject to final regulatory approval.

Nik Storonsky reiterated the company’s customer goal, saying, "That’s why we’ve once again given them the chance to share in the value they’ve created, as we work towards our next milestone of serving 100 million customers."
