Reuters says only that the two tankers were 'involved in incidents and stopped'. The IRGC statement carried by other outlets said the tankers 'sustained damage and caught fire after striking naval mines', and this came a day after Iran's armed forces said at least four tankers had stopped after hitting mines. Without this, a reader can take the 'incidents' as a simple halt or interception rather than ships damaged and set alight by mines.
