The IDF will not withdraw from the current Yellow Line in the Gaza Strip without the full disarmament of Hamas, a diplomatic source reiterated to The Jerusalem Post on Friday.This follows the announcement of a Board of Peace framework for the implementation of US President Donald Trump's peace plan, which several sources familiar with the details told the Post includes all Hamas weaponry being placed in storage and dismantled.The storage facilities will be controlled by National Committee for the Administration of Gaza police officers, each of whom will undergo Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) security vetting, while the multinational force will provide oversight.Gaza residents may still obtain a license for a handgun under Palestinian law.Once the process begins, Israel will halt its fire, the sources told the Post.
