Ali Abdollahi Says Iran’s Victory Echo Will Reach the World After Israeli Aggression

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters commander Major General Ali Abdollahi said the world will soon “hear the echo of Iran’s victory” and that the “triumph of the resistance” will come over “the aggressive and terrorist enemy.”

Abdollahi delivered the message to mark the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Major General Gholamali Rashid, who was killed in what Iran describes as a terrorist operation by the “Zionist regime” at the beginning of the 12-day war in June 2025.

PressTV said Rashid was appointed commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters by Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in 2016 and remained in that position until his martyrdom, and it added that Rashid and his son Amin Abbas Rashid were killed in the Israeli aggression against Iran on June 13, 2025.

In the same message, Abdollahi said the weak and predatory enemy imagined that physically assassinating Iran’s military masterminds could create a breach in Iran’s defensive will, but he said it was unaware that Rashid left behind “a legacy of knowledge, experience, and strategic thinking.”

A prolonged shutdown of the Strait of Hormuz, according to نورنیوز, would raise shipping insurance costs with premiums increasing by as much as 25-fold and would disrupt maritime transportation, industry, energy, agriculture, and financial markets.

In a separate account, Afghan Voice News Agency (Ava) said that following Iran’s imposition of ceasefire terms on the United States, an announcement of a two-week ceasefire prompted Afghan citizens on social media to back Iran’s “victory” and call for the world’s powers to “bow before the emerging power of the world—Iran.”

Ava also quoted Mohammad-Javad Mohseni, Director General of Tamaddon TV, who cited the verse “إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ” to describe the event as evidence of the fulfillment of God’s promises.

In the same Ava report, Alireza Soroush said on his Facebook page that the United States has accepted Iran’s proposed plan and called it “the victory of the resistance,” while Seyed Nabi Mohseni pointed to issues such as control of the Strait of Hormuz, the lifting of sanctions, and Iran’s receipt of compensation.

Meanwhile, PressTV said the latest US-Israeli aggression against Iran started on February 28, and Abdollahi’s message framed Iran’s response as “active deterrence and national dignity” across the country’s maritime, land, and air borders.
