MiCA register reaches 375
The European Securities and Markets Authority updated its Markets in Crypto-Assets register on Friday, adding nine crypto-asset service providers and lifting the total to 375 unique providers. BingX’s Austrian entity, MEGE zweite, and the Italian subsidiary of crypto lending platform YouHodler were among the additions, with YouHodler authorized for custody, crypto exchanges, order execution and transfers.
Daniel Lai, who runs BingX EU, said the approval lets the company operate under a clear regulatory framework as it prepares to launch regulated services across the European Economic Area. The update also included Spain’s Prakma Markets, which is tied to the Goin crypto app, and it added Germany’s Openbank Deutschland alongside cooperative lenders VR-Bank Alb-Blau-Donau and VR Bank im südlichen Franken.

Scope and token registers
YouHodler’s Italian authorization covered custody, crypto exchanges, order execution and transfers, while the lending and yield business described in the update sat outside the four service areas named. The e-money token register held at 50 entries for 25 unique entities, and the asset-referenced token register remained empty.
The register of non-compliant crypto-asset service providers grew by five entries to 178, and the register of non-compliant crypto-asset service providers rose by five entries, to 178. Denmark’s Penning Financial Services was removed from the list, even though it had appeared in register updates dating back to July 3.

Companies frame the approval
BingX and YouHodler both cast the step as a move toward operating under EU-wide rules rather than a patchwork of national regimes, with MiCA described as one license that can be passported across member states. Daniel Lai said, "With this approval, we are ready to launch regulated services across the EEA under a clear regulatory framework," as BingX prepared to roll out regulated services across the European Economic Area.
A spokesperson for Penning told Cointelegraph that its MiCA authorization remains unchanged and that it had received no communication from Denmark’s financial regulator about any changes. ESMA’s public registers gave clients and counterparties a tool to distinguish authorized providers from those operating outside the rules, with the next test framed around whether newly licensed platforms extend into additional member states.
