Tell home demolished
Israeli forces blew up the home of Palestinian Farouk Ramadan in the village of Tell, southwest of Nablus, less than three weeks after he was killed during a confrontation with Israeli settlers and forces on his town.
“The Israeli army has blown up the home of Palestinian Farouk Ramadan”
Palestine Chronicle reported that Israeli forces stormed Tell and ordered Palestinians living in several neighboring homes to evacuate before demolishing the third floor of the residential building belonging to Ramadan.

The demolition came after Ramadan was among four Palestinians killed during the attack on Tell in late July, which also left four others injured, according to Palestine Chronicle.
Oman Observer, citing AFP, said that at around 8:15 am (05:15 GMT) the Israeli army blew up the apartment where the martyr Farouq Ramadan lived with his wife and five daughters.
Oman Observer also reported that about 30 Israeli military vehicles and engineering teams entered the village on Monday evening, evacuating residents of 30 houses surrounding Ramadan's home before the demolition.
UN calls it breaking point
As Israeli forces arrested Palestinians and demolished homes in the occupied West Bank, ABC NEWS NEPAL said the United Nations warned the situation was reaching a critical juncture.
ABC NEWS NEPAL reported that Israeli forces detained at least 23 Palestinians on Tuesday, including two children—one with a disability—and a man grazing livestock in the Jordan Valley.

In Tal, southwest of Nablus, ABC NEWS NEPAL said the home of Farouq Ramadan, one of four Palestinians killed during a confrontation with Israeli settlers on July 24, was demolished by Israeli forces.
Addressing the UN Security Council, ABC NEWS NEPAL quoted Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Ramiz Alakbarov saying the West Bank is at a “breaking point.”
ABC NEWS NEPAL added that Alakbarov reported 76 Palestinians, including 18 children, have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the occupied territory this year.
Deterrence vs collective punishment
Oman Observer said Israel routinely demolishes family homes of Palestinians it accuses of being involved in attacks, seeing the policy as a deterrent, while critics say it amounts to collective punishment that leaves innocent family members homeless.
“seeing the policy as a deterrent, but critics say it amounts to collective punishment”
The same report described how the Israeli army in a statement said it would continue to take “proactive and offensive action to thwart fighters throughout Judea and Samaria and to bring to justice Palestinians who sought to harm the citizens of the State of Israel,” using a biblical name for the West Bank.
In parallel, ABC NEWS NEPAL said Israel has been demolishing an average of 122 Palestinian structures each month this year, displacing hundreds of people.
ABC NEWS NEPAL also reported that approximately 3,800 Palestinians—nearly half of them children—have been displaced due to settler violence, demolitions, and evictions.
The Times of Israel reported that the IDF denounced “illegal, reprehensible and unacceptable” establishment of settler outposts inside Palestinian villages in recent days, but did not explain why it had not dismantled them.
