Israeli forces have been accused of deliberately shooting unarmed Gazans waiting for humanitarian aid.

Haaretz published anonymous soldier testimonies claiming commanders ordered troops to shoot crowds even when they posed no threat.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported 549 Gazans killed near aid centers since May 27.

Doctors Without Borders reported more than 500 people killed and nearly 4,000 injured.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, controlled by the US and Israel, has been strongly criticized by the UN and other NGOs.

The Israeli government categorically rejected the accusations, with Netanyahu calling them malicious lies.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported that the toll of those killed and injured has risen to 72,329 and 172,192 respectively since October 7, 2023.

Since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11, the total number of those killed has reached 750.

Medical teams warned that many victims remain trapped under rubble or scattered in the streets.

The humanitarian blockade imposed by Israel in early March led to grave shortages of essentials.

The blockade was only partially eased by the end of May when the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation began its distributions.

The four aid distribution sites are the size of a football field and surrounded by observation posts, embankments, and barbed wire.

Their fenced entry allows only a single access point.

If people arrive too early, they get shot at.

If they arrive on time but there are too many people, they get shot at.

If they arrive late, they get shot because it is an evacuated zone.

The system has been denounced as a sham that produces massacres in a chain.
