Princess Eugenie has given birth to a baby girl at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal, with the baby born on Monday at 18:20 BST and weighing 6lbs 9oz.

A statement from Buckingham Palace said, "Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of The Royal Family were delighted to be informed of the news."

The BBC reported the new arrival is Eugenie’s third child with her husband Jack Brooksbank, following the births of sons August Philip Hawke Brooksbank in 2021 and Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank in 2023.

The Daily Express said Buckingham Palace confirmed that Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank welcomed their third child, a baby girl, and that the newborn was born on Monday, 3rd August 2026, at 6.20pm, weighing 6 pounds and nine ounces.

The BBC said Eugenie and Brooksbank live between Portugal and Ivy Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace, and that they announced the pregnancy in May.
