Offset was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and was in stable condition.

Lil Tjay Claims Offset Snitched
Lil Tjay told reporters that Offset snitched on him to police.
He denied any involvement in the fighting or shooting.
The investigation is ongoing and efforts are underway to identify additional persons involved.
