Police Week Message

Iran’s Supreme Leader Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei framed security as “one of God’s greatest blessings” in a message published on the occasion of Law Enforcement Week. Khamenei said establishing security across Iran, “from large cities to the smallest population units in villages and neighbourhoods,” depends on the “bravery and courage” of the Law Enforcement Command. Khamenei added that the Law Enforcement Command’s prominent role at “command and staff ranks to police stations and outposts” has grown more evident in “the second and third imposed wars.”

Khamenei said the “criminal American-Zionist enemy” focused on striking the Law Enforcement Command’s ranks, “from the highest levels to its frontline units,” but did not cause the forces to fall short of their mission. Khamenei’s message also emphasized the institution’s role in guarding borders “in harsh weather conditions” and across “mountain and sea climates.”

FARJA Pillar of Security

Tabnak presented Khamenei’s Police Week message as elevating FARJA as “one of the firm pillars of the country’s security.” Khamenei’s text, as reproduced by Tabnak, said security across Iran “depends on the gallantry and diligence of the devoted and hard-working personnel of FARJA.” Khamenei described the “evil American–Zionist aggressor” as insisting on striking FARJA’s ranks “from the highest levels to its fingertips,” and he said the institution’s importance became “more evident than ever.”

Khamenei said the message’s argument was that “this malicious effort and the vile blows” did not cause FARJA’s forces “to retreat an iota from their mission.” Khamenei also tied future capability to technology, saying “the purposeful use of artificial intelligence in data analysis” plays an important role in the quality and facilitation of FARJA’s missions.

Internal Security Forces Week

Mehr News Agency reported that Khamenei’s Police Week letter said the police’s prominent role at various levels, “from the levels of leadership and staff to police stations and checkpoints,” has become more evident in recent years. Khamenei’s letter, as quoted by Mehr, said indicators of that influence appeared more clearly in “the two imposed wars, the Second and the Third.” Khamenei argued that the “American-Zionist criminal enemy” focused on striking police forces “from the highest levels to the smallest members,” but he said the brave police “did not cause the brave police to falter even for a single moment.”

Khamenei’s letter also emphasized strengthening security forces “from various humanitarian, material, and software aspects,” including “the purposeful use of artificial intelligence in data analysis.” Khamenei concluded with a call for higher ranks and divine pleasure for the “martyrs of the police forces,” and Mehr reproduced the date line “16 Mehr 1405 /End/” alongside the signature “Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei.”
